ABOUT OUR LAW FIRM
The Birmingham law firm of Winston Cooks, LLC, prides itself on standing up for workers who are victims of discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair wage and hour practices, or other unfair treatment by an employer, past employer or prospective employer.
We are accustomed to facing the well-financed legal teams of large employers in the most challenging cases. In fact, we have taken cases that other employment law firms have turned down and produced positive results for our clients.
We have also earned a reputation for maximizing the amount that our clients recover by refusing to compromise or accept a settlement that’s less than fair. We have the resources and the knowledge to take on even the largest corporations and law firms. Our confidence in approaching these cases stems from more than 35 years of cumulative experience. Founding attorneys Lee Winston and Roderick T. Cooks focus entirely on employment law and personal injury cases.
Every case is taken on a contingency basis, which means we only collect attorney fees if we recover compensation for you either through a settlement or court judgment.
We work with clients in Greater Birmingham and throughout Alabama. For more information on the experience and education of our attorneys, click on the links below
